Aidan McKearney is the Operations Director at CompassRock International, a global firm providing asset and property management services to the rental housing sector. He has overseen the successful delivery and refurbishment of 1,000 apartments and led technical due diligence for acquisitions totaling £250 million. He brings extensive hands-on experience in residential development, operations, property management, leasing, and customer service, acquired through his management of a mixed-use, super-prime portfolio in Marylebone, London. Aidan also serves as Senior Operations Advisor at Global Apartment Advisors (GAA), a consultancy focused on the rental housing sector.

Previous Experience:

• Howard de Walden Estate – Aidan managed one of London’s premier estates, overseeing the redevelopment of over 100 units in the W1 area. Under his leadership, the portfolio achieved double-digit yields while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Education and Qualifications:

• Aidan graduated from Oxford Brookes University with First-Class Honours in Planning and Property Development and was awarded the Highest Undergraduate Achiever award.

• He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with his final submission used as a training piece for future APC candidates.

• He is IOSH Health and Safety accredited.
