James Mulcare is a senior real estate professional specialising in the Build-to-Rent market, both Single Family and Multi-Family Housing. With over 25 years qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, he has a wide range of experience including Residential Development and Asset and Property Management in Commercial, Residential, Agricultural and Leisure sectors.

Additional experience in across property sourcing, acquisitions, developments and disposals in the UK and France. James’ last role was Head of Residential Capital Markets for a Godwin Developments, UK Residential & Commercial Development Company. Previously James has worked at JLL, LaSalle Investment Management and Strutt & Parker.

James has joined CompassRock to lead the expansion into the emerging Single Family Housing sector and build a UK portfolio.
