Head of ESG and Research

Sarah Cole brings over 20 years of experience across residential and commercial real estate. She oversees the development of market research reports that inform investment and development decision-making, as well as operational policies & procedures, ESG strategy, resident engagement initiatives, and mystery shopping programmes to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience.

Sarah began her career at Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi) before moving to Colliers as Senior Residential Research Analyst and later Associate Director specialising in retail. In 2012, she joined the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in London to lead its European research programme and support the association’s advocacy efforts.

She has authored and contributed to numerous industry reports and articles, including Green Renting: Do Tenants Truly Care About Sustainability? and Optimising the Resident Feedback Loop – Are Your Current Methods Failing You?. Sarah holds an MSc in European Environmental Policy & Regulation.
